ERGONOMIC SEAT & HANDLEBARS
The cardio strider CS4 has a seat and backrest made of foam cushioning. The seat has a motorized height adjustment that can be adjusted via the console and the seat swivels 90 degrees to the left and to the right. The backrest contour offers optimal lumbar support with adjustable tilt and the seat can be moved back and forth. The moving, adjustable length handlebar’s arms incorporate the upper body workout of chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps and back. In order to isolate biceps and triceps workouts then the quick-release handles let the user rotate the handlebar boom. The static or stationary handlebars have a built-in pulse sensor for monitoring the heart rate.
LONG PEDALS
The foot pedals of stride length 30.5 - 38.1cm serve extensive comfort while pedalling and offer different positioning of feet.
