3-IN-1 SOFT PLYOMETRIC BOX
The soft 3-in-1 plyo box is ideal for jump training, step ups, elevated press ups and for leg, arm and core strengthening. The boxes are sufficiently light for easy mobility and yet firm enough to take a beating. The plyo box has a firm light-weight core with flexible closed cell foam layers on the top and bottom surfaces for user comfort and for impact absorption in use.
They are designed to withstand the stress of repeated jumps and bursts of exercise.The box can be rotated to 3 different heights; 50cm, 60cm and 75cm for a wide range of jumping exercises. The weight of the Soft Plyo Box is 6kg and can be easily moved and stored after use.
