VARIABLE RESISTANCE
In order to make your fitness session more challenging, our Sole E20 cross trainer is designed in such a way as it has the 10 adjustable resistance levels. The resistance can be adjusted electronically, and higher the level of resistance, the more difficult it is to pedal the machine.
POWER INCLINE
The Sole E20 trainer has 3 manually adjustable power inclines that offers additional resistance and separates SOLE from the rest of the market. This feature provides variable positions, allowing you to individually target major lower body muscle groups. When compared to the standard position, these incline levels let you workout on certain muscles like glutes and hamstrings.
LARGE FOOT PEDALS
The Sole E20 elliptical machine has oversized foot pedals and provides an extremely smooth feel even with increased resistance. These ergonomically designed foot pedals feature a 2-degree inward angle to sustain your body's natural position and reduce the impact on the knee joints and muscles. The machine offers both front and rear movement. The perfect stride length and the 6.5kg flywheel offers a quiet, comfortable and smooth ride during the front and rear movement.
DUAL-TYPE HANDLEBARS
The Sole E20 has dual-type handlebars, one is stationary and another is the movable hand grips. The stationary grip has a built-in sensor for monitoring your heart rate. The movable handlebars have in-handle controls that allow for incline and resistance changes at the touch of a button.
