DUAL PULLEY SYSTEM & POSITIONS
The Inspire Fitness CFT1 has a reinforced Nylon dual pulley system with 35 multiple swivel height positions which can be easily adjusted with the single-handed operation. The users can change the positions by 2 ” increments & 232-degree range and hence this adjustable pulley system helps users to perform countless exercises without any supervision and with complete freedom of movement by this adjustable low/high pulley system. The 2:1 tensile strength Resistance Ratio of the cables provides a smooth, continuous feel and a longer range of motion for more versatility.
DUAL WEIGHT STACKS
The CFT1 functional trainer has 2 X 95kg weight stacks with rigid guide rods and center drilled weight plates. Obtain the improved, balanced and unconstrained workout on each side of the body as these dual weight stacks can be utilized independently.
MULTI-GRIP PULL UP/CHIN-UP HANDLES
Users can perform Chin-ups, Pull-ups and Vertical Knee Raises with the multi-grip pull-up bar. It is loaded with the climbing grip that helps in rock Climbing, Narrow and Wide pull-ups. It helps the users to reach the upper handles & integrated accessory rack and it is located 46cm from the ground.
